WARRANTY
TRAILER AND TRUCK
BEDS
FlemingTrailers, Inc.®
warrants all new trailers and truck beds against defects in material
and workmanship, for a period of one year from the date of sale.
This excludes any defects caused by neglect, abuse, lack of maintenance,
or misuse. All tires installed on Fleming Trailers are subject to
their respective manufacturers’ warranties. All warranty repairs
are to be done by Fleming Trailers, unless, approved to be done
by an authorized dealer.
This warranty does not obligate Fleming Trailers, Inc. to assume
any liability for secondary charges (travel expenses, downtime,
or loss of use) or any other consequential losses or damages. Fleming
Trailers, Inc. reserves the right to make improvements to all trailer
models and truck beds without notice. This warranty supersedes all
previous warranties written or implied, and becomes void upon any
modifications not authorized by Fleming Trailers.

PARTS
AND SERVICE
Our
trailers come with a one-year warranty on everything except tires.
All our tires are Goodyear mounted on Dexter rims and are covered
by the Goodyear warranty. We use only Dexter axles, and as a Dexter
dealer, carry a wide range of Dexter replacement parts.
